Cash Payment:

  • Payment is made upon receipt of the order directly from the delivery service employee.

  • Payment credit card before receiving the order through the app.

If you wish to return or exchange a product (allowed for return) or if the product is unavailable in the store at the time of order execution, the following procedures will be taken:

For Cash Payment Orders:

  • After ensuring all conditions for exchange or return or the product’s unavailability are met:

Unavailable Product:

    • Neither party incurs any financial loss as it is not counted on your invoice.

Product Allowed for Exchange:

    • You can obtain another product of the same value as the exchanged product or more from the branch directly, adhering to paying the price difference if any, and within the allowed exchange period.

Product Allowed for Return:

    • You can obtain the product’s value in cash directly from the branch and within the allowed return period.

For Prepaid Orders via Credit Card:

  • After ensuring all conditions for exchange or return or the product’s unavailability are met:

Want to Get Your Money Back:

    • We will refund the prepaid amount for your product in the same original payment method within 14 business days from the order date.

Want to Exchange Your Product:

    • You can exchange your previous product directly with another product of the same value as the canceled product.
