Shipping from Jordan to the United States
Shipping Cost
The shipping fee from Jordan to the United States is:
JOD 35 per eligible order (approximately USD 50).
The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed to the customer before completing payment.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the relevant authorities in the United States are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to AlRayhan and may be payable separately by the recipient.
When Does Your Order Begin Its Journey?
We carefully prepare your order at AlRayhan, while the international journey from our store to your doorstep is handled by our approved shipping carrier.
Order preparation begins after:

The shipping address has been reviewed and confirmed.
- The estimated carrier transit time to the United States after dispatch is 5–7 business days.
- This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance procedures, regulatory requirements, carrier-related circumstances, weather conditions, or other events beyond AlRayhan’s reasonable control.
Accurate Address Information
Every successful delivery begins with accurate information.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Please ensure that the following information is accurate before completing your order:
If an address needs to be changed after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to make the requested amendment.
Additional charges may also apply for address corrections, shipment redirection, or re-delivery.
Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
As AlRayhan ships food products internationally, certain products may be subject to specific import and regulatory requirements when entering the United States.
We carefully select the products we ship so that their quality reaches your doorstep just as we intended.
AlRayhan will provide the shipping and product information required within the scope of our responsibility and may request additional information from the customer when necessary to complete shipping or customs procedures.
AlRayhan may suspend, refuse, or cancel the shipment of a particular product if it is determined that the product cannot legally be imported into the United States or is subject to requirements that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
AlRayhan Food Products
As AlRayhan ships food products internationally, certain products may be subject to specific import and regulatory requirements when entering the United States.

Shipment Tracking and Delivery
Where available, customers will receive a shipment tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.
The customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and responding promptly to any requests from the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or other relevant authorities where additional information or action is required to complete clearance or delivery.
If the carrier’s tracking system confirms that the shipment has been delivered to the address provided in the order, the shipment will be considered successfully delivered.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
A shipment may be returned to its origin, held, or disposed of in accordance with the procedures of the shipping carrier or relevant authorities if delivery cannot be completed due to reasons including:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Recipient refusing to accept the shipment.
- Failure by the recipient to pay applicable duties, taxes, or other required fees.
- Failure to complete customs clearance requirements.
- Refusal of the shipment by the relevant authorities.
In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including return shipping, re-shipping, redirection, storage, clearance, or other related charges, depending on the circumstances.
Damaged or Missing Products Upon Delivery
Every AlRayhan international order is carefully prepared and packed before it leaves our facility.
If a shipment arrives with visible transportation damage or appears to contain missing items, customers may contact AlRayhan Customer Service as soon as possible after delivery for reporting and investigation purposes.
Customers should provide:
- Order number.
- Clear photographs of the external shipping package.
- Clear photographs of the affected product, where applicable.
- Details of the reported missing item.
- Any additional information reasonably requested for the investigation.
AlRayhan may review the information and, where appropriate, raise or assist with an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
Reporting damaged, missing, delayed, or otherwise affected products does not alter the Final Sale terms applicable to international orders and does not create an entitlement to a voluntary refund, replacement, exchange, reimbursement, store credit, or compensation from AlRayhan.
Customers must not return or ship products back to Jordan unless specifically instructed to do so by AlRayhan.
Products Not Eligible for International Shipping
AlRayhan reserves the right to determine which products may be shipped to the United States based on:
- Product type and characteristics.
- Product condition and storage requirements.
- Shipping carrier requirements.
- Regulations applicable in Jordan.
- Import regulations applicable in the United States.
The list of products eligible for international shipping may change from time to time due to regulatory, operational, or carrier-related requirements.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the preparation and shipping process has begun.
Once an order has been prepared and/or handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If the shipment has already been dispatched, any applicable provisions relating to returned, refused, or undelivered shipments will apply.
AlRayhan’s Right to Update This Shipping Policy
AlRayhan may update this International Shipping Policy from time to time in response to:
- Changes in laws and regulations.
- Updates to regulatory requirements.
- Changes in shipping carrier policies.
- Expansion of our international shipping service.
- Operational changes affecting the shipping experience.
The version of the Shipping Policy published on the AlRayhan website on the date the customer completes the order will apply to that order.
International Orders Are Final Sale
Due to the nature of food products, food-safety and hygiene considerations, customs procedures, and the logistical requirements associated with international transportation:
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
Once an international order has been prepared and dispatched, AlRayhan does not offer voluntary:
- Returns.
- Exchanges.
- Refunds.
- Partial refunds.
- Replacements.
- Store credit.
- Reimbursements.
- Compensation.
Customers should carefully review their products, quantities, delivery details, and shipping information before completing their purchase.
